How does the promotional order and delivery process work?

Learn the key steps of a corporate promotional project: product selection, stock confirmation, logo approval, production, quality checks and delivery.

A successful corporate promotional order depends on a clear approval and delivery process as well as the right product. When product details, stock, branding, artwork approval and delivery planning are confirmed early, time and budget are easier to manage.

Share the requirement and product details

Product code or name, target quantity, requested colour or variant, logo artwork and needed delivery date provide a strong starting point. Explain the use case too: event distribution, dealer gift, employee set or point-of-sale use can affect the recommended product.

Confirm stock and branding suitability

Stock can differ by colour and variant. Confirm it before the order. The product surface must also suit the selected branding method; metal, plastic, ceramic, glass and textiles need different approaches. Confirm product code, variant, price, tax, branding method, lead time and expected delivery in writing.

Complete artwork approval

Vector artwork such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG supports clear branding. Review product colour, logo placement, size, colours and wording on the digital application image. A single final approval point reduces delays and avoids conflicting revisions.

Production and quality checks

After approval, product supply and branding are planned. Timing depends on available stock, method, quantity and packing requirements. For larger, multi-colour or custom projects, leave more time. Before dispatch, check carton count, variant, branding appearance and packing.

Finalise delivery planning

Share delivery address, contact, phone number, opening hours and access details early. For multi-address distribution, use a consistent address list. For an event, also allow time for internal distribution after delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Delivery time depends on stock, quantity, branding, approval and address. Vector AI, PDF, EPS or SVG artwork is preferred. Changes may be possible before production, but can affect timing or cost, so review the final approval carefully.
